The Importance of Dance and Music Even in the Age of Digitalization

Ghaziabad: The 18th anniversary of Shruti School of Music and Dance was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sunvalley International School. On this occasion, the chief guest, School Principal Preeti Goyal, urged the children to take the initiative in preserving their traditions and culture. While today's world may have become increasingly digital, we should never forget our traditions and cultural heritage.

Mrs. Goyal praised Shruti School of Music and Dance's mentor, Sarita Agarwal, for her dedicated work in promoting Indian traditions and culture. Dance and music are art forms that provide a pleasant experience to both the body and the mind. They help keep both the body and mind healthy, active, and beautiful.

Even in this age of digitalization, children should be encouraged to participate in such activities. Parents must understand that physical activity is as essential as mental activity. The moment parents decide to connect their children with Indian traditions and culture, the pace of their children's all-round development begins to accelerate.

On this occasion, Sarita Agarwal, mentor of Shruti School of Music and Dance, first thanked Preeti Goyal, Principal of Sunvalley International School, for her enlightening talk and for encouraging the children. She also emphasized the need to reflect on the rising levels of pollution, which have reached dangerous to extremely dangerous levels and are a matter of serious concern. She urged everyone to focus on ways to prevent this environmental crisis.

At the end of the program, participants were honored with medals and certificates. On this occasion, both the participants and their parents assured that they would make every possible effort to preserve Indian traditions and culture.
